remote work - bed or sofa desk

Ah, the joys of working in a relaxed position. Honestly, this item is something I’ve seriously considered packing and taking with me on my longer trips (3+ months). There are just some days that sitting at your desk set up (no matter how nice you’ve made it or how many lovely external monitors you have) is just torture. In comes the SAIJI X-Large Adjustable Laptop Table - I purchased this before I had breast reduction surgery because I knew I’d be ready to get back to work, but would probably not be in shape to sit up at a desk or stand for a while.

This table offers a spacious surface - enough for a laptop and a mousepad/mouse. I have a 15” macbook pro and you can see there is still space. I have used it with my bulkier ergonomic keyboard, but with the mousepad and mouse it gets a bit crowded. It has adjustable legs and tilt angles provide great ergonomic flexibility. You could also use it as a standing desk conversion. It also features a storage drawer and a bookstand - which I mostly use to hold my phone or ipad. It is sturdy and does fold flat for easy storage - but is too heavy to realistically travel with….though it will likely end up in a checked bag of mine when I do make the move to more full-time remote work/travel.

*The amazon links will provide a small bonus for me at no cost to you.
