Sun Protection part 2

Hats and sun-protective clothing (wearing a wide-brimmed hat and UPF-rated shirt) are essential for avoiding sunburn, wrinkles, and skin cancer. Here are some of my tried and true favorites - I’ve gone through a lot of them through the years, but these I either have purchased multiple of or it is a brand that I continue to buy from.

*The amazon links will provide a small bonus for me at no cost to you. Other items are just those I love and want to share.

Coolibar coverup hoodie - this is a bit thicker fabric (not heavy though), but think cotton-like and long enough to wear as a cover over a swimsuit or yoga pants.

Coolibar button shirt - this is like any button-up shirt, but is rated for sun. I actually use this mostly for travel as it resists wrinkles and looks great under a jacket for work. I have it in multiple colors.

Coolibar pants - these are light, wide-leg pants that you can tie on the sides. I have multiple pairs in black and absolutely love them. Whenever I don’t pack them, I regret it. The do run a bit large.

Hat - this I also have in multiple colors, it travels (packs) well without losing shape. Nice wide brim and spot for your ponytail.

Jacket - my old trusty coolibar jacket is no longer made and has a ton of holes in it. I bought this one as a temporary one, but it has held up well for a few years and I really do love it. Light and breathable with hood and thumb holes.
